We’ve got about 150 photos printed and mounted for everyone to enjoy. There is a complete mix of macro, portraiture, wildlife, landscape and everything else. Come and vote for your favourites!
The Chet Valley Photography Club exhibition was a huge success. We had 157 photos on display, and over the weekend 182 visitors voted for their favourite 3 images. The top 5 results are as follows:
1st Place – Norman Wyatt – Two Foxes
2nd Place – Jonathan Orland – Speckled Bush Cricket Nymph
3rd Place – Norman Wyatt – Two Otters (in the Chet)
4th Place – Jonathan Orland – Papworth
5th Place – Jonathan Orland – Staithe Sunset
All our members who displayed their work had at least one of their photos voted for, so we can all feel very proud!
For those members who couldn’t attend the AGM, Edward has been re-elected as Chairperson, Jackie has retained the Secretary role, and Jonathan remains Treasurer. We welcome Adam to the Committee as Website Administrator.
Over the Exhibition weekend, over 200 members of the public voted for their favourite top three photos. They decided that the top 5 photos in the exhibition were.

Some of our members have already been busy, with a windy walk in the sunshine to Hardley Mill. It was good to blow away the cobwebs and see some brightness at last.
Whilst few of us (if any) will take up SCUBA diving and underwater photography, David’s talk was excellent and very entertaining. You can see more of his photos here.
