Whilst few of us (if any) will take up SCUBA diving and underwater photography, David’s talk was excellent and very entertaining. You can see more of his photos here.
Thanks to Shaun Reynolds for introducing us to Milky Way photography at our last meeting. He covered everything from looking at Stellarium to find which way to look, all the camera settings you would need, and how to process your files afterwards to get the most from your shots. Superb!

We had a fascinating talk from Chris Bell on the subject of weather and storm chasing. Thankfully our weather (in spite of the recent storms) is nothing compared to where Chris was born in Texas USA where hurricanes and tornados are frequent. Follow Chris here on Twitter.
During our exhibition at the start of November, we collected cameras to donate to the charity Give a Child a Camera.
